Advanced treatment of complex biliary tract diseases

This two-day theoretical and practical course is designed for surgeons, gastroenterologists, and interventional radiologists seeking advanced training in the management of complex biliary diseases.

It focuses on two key areas: the drainage of malignant proximal biliary strictures in both preoperative and palliative settings, and the treatment of biliary diseases in patients with altered anatomy or after failure of conventional approaches.

Participants will learn and practice current diagnostic and therapeutic techniques in a multidisciplinary environment, with emphasis on innovative technologies, minimally invasive procedures, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
