This course focuses on diagnostic EUS and the role of endoscopy (ERCP, EUS) in biliopancreatic diseases. It covers normal anatomy, indications, EUS-guided tissue sampling (FNA\/FNB), complications, results, and therapeutic impact. EUS is now essential for both the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.<\/p>\n
Particular attention will be given to pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, and acute and chronic pancreatitis, highlighting the role of ERCP, cholangioscopy, and EUS in their management.
