• How do I register for a course?
  Registering for our courses is easy!  Simply select the course of your choice from our calendar.

You can then customize your purchase by choosing the option, accommodation, etc. All you need to do after that is pay and wait for a confirmation email.

• What is the price for a course at IRCAD?
  Prices vary from one specialty to another. We offer different options for most of our courses (theoretical, practical on live tissues or anatomical specimens) to suit your educational needs.

Prices are indicated directly on each course page.

• What are the different means of payment?
  You can pay directly on our website by credit card. Cash or checks are not accepted.

To pay by bank transfer, you must download the registration form from the website and sent it back by email filled out with your detailed contact information. Use the “Contact us” link on the course page.
Upon reception of your form, according to availability, you will receive a corresponding invoice and back references for bank transfer.

Kindly note that registration is definite and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

• Can I pay for a course directly at IRCAD?
  Registration for our courses must be made in advance. No payment will be allowed on site.

• How can I get an invoice?
  You can receive an invoice immediately after payment upon request to the IRCAD course coordinator.

• What is the cancellation/postponement policy?
  You can find the cancellation policy on each page of the courses section.

• Can I postpone or cancel my registration for a course because of a border shutdown or a country lockdown?
  If you are unable to attend a course due to restrictions in your home country, please contact the IRCAD course coordinator.

• In which language(s) are IRCAD courses?
  IRCAD courses are mainly English-speaking, except for 1-2 courses for French-speaking participants.

• How many CME credits can I earn by participating in IRCAD courses?
  The CME credits you can earn depend on the course you take. You can find this information on the “Accreditations and endorsements” page.

• Do I need a visa to come to France?
  Depending on the country of origin and your nationality, you may have to apply for a short-term visa which will allow you to come to France. For any further information, please visit:

• What time zone is the institute located in?
  The IRCAD is located in CET time zone (Central European Time).

• What are the accommodation options during my stay at the IRCAD?
  IRCAD offers you the opportunity to stay at the prestigious Les Haras**** Hotel at a preferential rate, less than 50 meters away from the Institute and in the middle of the city center. You will have access to the Brasserie run by a Michelin-starred chef, and many more services.

You may however choose to book your own alternative accommodation.

• Can I come to the hotel a day early or stay an extra night?
  To add an extra night after the course, choose this additional option at the time of your registration and add it to the cart. To add a night before the course, contact the IRCAD course coordinator.

• What are the hotel booking requirements for an IRCAD course?
  The deadline for hotel booking is 10 days before the course. Unfortunately, IRCAD cannot guarantee room availability past that deadline. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of non-availability, we shall do our best to reaccommodate you in a nearby hotel of equal standard.

We recommend that you book your room as soon as possible. IRCAD cannot guarantee availability. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

• What is the cancellation policy when booking at Les Haras**** Hotel?
  If you wish to cancel or modify your hotel booking, please do not contact the hotel directly, please contact us.

– Cancellations received earlier than 10 days before the beginning of the course are eligible for full hotel refund.

– Cancellations received later than 10 days before the beginning of the course are eligible for hotel refund – minus a one-night deposit.

• How do I use coupon code for an on-site course?
  It’s easy! If you have a coupon code, enter it in your cart and confirm with “Apply coupon”.

• What are the terms of use for the coupon codes?
  All coupon codes are single-use, non-cumulative, and must be used before their expiration date. No extension and no change will be possible.

• My coupon code doesn’t work, what should I do?
  Contact us and we will do our best to help you solve your problem.

• How do I register for an online course?
  Registering for our online courses is easy! You just need to select the course of your interest in the “E-learning” section, then select “Online courses“. Proceed to online payment and you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Do not forget to check your junk/spam box.

• What is the price for an online course?
  Prices vary from one specialty to another. Not only does it depend on the duration of live sessions but also on the type of content (live surgical procedures, lectures, discussions, etc.).

• What are the different means of payment?
  The payment can only be done on our website and by credit card.
  Cash, bank transfers, or checks are not accepted.

• What is the cancellation policy?
  It is not possible to cancel your participation in an online course or to get a refund.

• How can I get an invoice?
  You can receive an invoice immediately after payment upon request to the IRCAD course coordinator.

• When and how can I watch the replay?
  You will automatically receive a replay link by email for each online course you have registered for. The replay link will be sent approximately 2 weeks after the end of the course.

• How many times can I use the link, and can I share it?
  Replay links are customized. They cannot be shared between different users. They are active for 3 months. After that period, the videos will no longer be available.

• How can I get my certificate of attendance after an online course?
  The certificate of attendance will be sent by email together with the replay link approximately 2 weeks after the end of the online course.

• Can I change my certificate?
  The certificate is based on the information that you have provided at the time of registration. It cannot be changed. You must make sure that the information initially provided is fully accurate.
