  • How do I register for a course?
    Registering for our courses is easy!  Simply select the course of your choice from our calendar.

You can then customize your purchase by choosing the option, accommodation, etc. All you need to do after that is pay and wait for a confirmation email.

  • What is the price for a course at IRCAD?
    Prices vary from one specialty to another. We offer different options for most of our courses (theoretical, practical on live tissues or anatomical specimens) to suit your educational needs.

Prices are indicated directly on each course page.

  • What are the different means of payment?
    You can pay directly on our website by credit card. Cash or checks are not accepted.

To pay by bank transfer, you must download the registration form from the website and sent it back by email filled out with your detailed contact information. Use the “Contact us” link on the course page.
Upon reception of your form, according to availability, you will receive a corresponding invoice and back references for bank transfer.

Kindly note that registration is definite and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • Can I pay for a course directly at IRCAD?
    Registration for our courses must be made in advance. No payment will be allowed on site.

  • How can I get an invoice?
    You can receive an invoice immediately after payment upon request to the IRCAD course coordinator.

  • What is the cancellation/postponement policy?
    You can find the cancellation policy on each page of the courses section.

  • Can I postpone or cancel my registration for a course because of a border shutdown or a country lockdown?
    If you are unable to attend a course due to restrictions in your home country, please contact the IRCAD course coordinator.

  • In which language(s) are IRCAD courses?
    IRCAD courses are mainly English-speaking, except for 1-2 courses for French-speaking participants.

  • How many CME credits can I earn by participating in IRCAD courses?
    The CME credits you can earn depend on the course you take. You can find this information on the “Accreditations and endorsements” page.

  • What time zone is the institute located in?
    The IRCAD is located in CET time zone (Central European Time).
